for over two years, with software programmers from
all over the world. It is a constantly evolving tool
that allows us to create custom surveys and analyze the data

are part of the health and wellness community. We are conducting
this survey in support of the new Kaua'i Health and Wellness
Association in attempts to show the viability of the healthcare
industry here on Kaua'i.
